I have made it my life’s work to create an environment where people can meet their full potential. From the onset of founding The Salon People, Inc. and Aveda Institutes Florida, I have focused my energies on building a highly principled and professionally stimulating organization that allows people to prosper and achieve more than they ever thought possible. My drive to be an entrepreneur began in my youth when I worked for my father in our family hardware store. My own entrepreneurial journey began when the opportunity arose to serve as the exclusive distributor of Aveda beauty products and Aveda Institute cosmetology schools in Florida. In 2002, together with my brother Jim Petrillo, I founded The Salon People and Aveda Institutes Florida with a clear vision of creating an inclusive company, where each employee is treated as an owner, and empowered to achieve success. Through TSP Companies, I strive to connect the best people to dynamic opportunities in the exciting and creative beauty industry. Holding steadfast to our values, we prioritize personal and professional growth and development for those in our network. In conjunction, we dedicate time and resources to our role as a productive member of our local and global community. I live each day with the intention of Creating a Chain Reaction of Care.
