Tim has been through every stage of salon ownership, beginning with 6 chairs and 900 sq. ft. He currently has two Aveda Lifestyle locations with 65 Team Members. Besides supporting his Team, he proudly spends his time sharing all he knows about Salon Culture, Leadership, Growth and Profitability. Tim is affiliated with WHOLE Aveda SalonSpas, WHOLE Salon Consulting, and The Salon People Business Academy.
